Joseph D. McAuliffe
Joe grew up in St. Louis and is a proud graduate of St. Louis University High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Louis University where he was a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity. In 2001 he earned his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. While in college, Joe spent a summer in Washington D.C. interning for Richard Gephardt, then the minority leader in the U.S. House of Representatives.
During his legal career Joe has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters to include Corporate and Contract matters, Estate Planning, Estate and Probate Litigation, Real Estate matters, Construction Law, and tried a wide variety of Civil matters. He has successfully represented clients from the inception of a case to trial.
Joe is a member of the Missouri Bar, St. Louis County Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and American Bar Association. Along with his professional associations, Joe is a member of the St. Louis Archdiocesan Planned Giving and Endowment Committee, the Red Mass Steering Committee and the St. Louis University High School Alumni Board.
